Job Description

    **Role Overview:**
    As a part of the Functional and Industry Technologies services team, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards building secure and innovative digital experiences for customers, employees, and suppliers. Your focus will involve enhancing existing apps and creating new apps for both traditional and mobile devices. Additionally, you will participate in usability testing to identify areas for improving user experience. Specifically, in the financial services sector, you will work on projects related to insurance, sales performance management, retirement and pension, asset management, and banking & capital markets.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Support sprint planning and collaborate with teams from different locations and clients.
    - Analyze client requirements and review estimates, providing necessary updates.
    - Design and develop solutions in a timely manner.
    - Guide the team on tasks and conduct design and code reviews.
    - Assist with testing, address client queries, and liaise with the onsite team.

    - Participate in scrum calls, provide status reports, and engage in CoE activities and trainings as required.
    - Possess hands-on experience in Guidewire products BillingCenter and expertise in Configuration.
    - Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model) and familiarity with Webservices, XML, and ant script.
    - Proficiency in Oracle / SQL Server databases, SQL, SCM tools (GIT, TFS, SVN), and servers/containers (Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere).
    - Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and experience with Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology.
    - Understanding of the insurance domain, software architecture, and design patterns.
    - Demonstrated skills in estimation, team leadership, code review, and mentoring.
    - Educational Qualification: BTech/BE/MTech/MS/MCA/MBA.
