Roles &Responsibilities:

Demographics & Charge Entry:

• Enter and update patient demographics into the practice management system.
  
• Review and enter charges based on medical coding and billing guidelines.
  
• Verify and validate insurance details prior to charge submission.

• Ensure data accuracy to minimize rejections and denials.
  
• Coordinate with coding and billing teams for clarification on missing or incorrect information.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in US medical billing (RCM process).
  
• Hands-on experience with billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, etc.).
