About the Role:

Were seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 6+ years of experience to join our marketing team. Youll lead design projects from concept to completion with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency. This role involves creating high-quality digital and print assets that support our marketing goals across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of design projects, from concept to final delivery
• Create assets for email, social media, digital ads, landing pages, presentations, and print
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and web teams
• Maintain and refine brand standards across platforms
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Prepare artwork for both web and print production

Tools & Software Proficiency (Required):

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva

Qualifications:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field (formal design education required)
• 6+ years of professional design experience, preferably in marketing or an agency setting
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to follow and adapt brand guidelines with precision
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently on full design projects
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus for collaborating with web developers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management
• Experience designing for Shopify (e.g., product visuals, landing pages)
• Familiarity with Klaviyo for email marketing design
