Job Description

Process: Unity Small Finance Bank - Customer Service


Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Graduation


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: 12 months in a customer service role (preferably in Banking / BPO / BFSI domain)
  • Education: Graduation is mandatory
  • Communication Skills: Versant Level 5 (English proficiency required)
  • Shifts: Rotational

Salary & Benefits:

  • CTC: Up to 32,000 per month
  • Other benefits as per company norms
