Technology Architect (.NET, AWS, Angular, AI)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect with strong expertise in .NET, AWS, Angular and PostgreSQL along with hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot. The role focuses on designing scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise solutions, driving engineering excellence, and enabling high-performing teams using modern AI-enabled practices and Scaled Agile delivery models

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and govern end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise applications.
• Design and deliver cloud-native architectures on AWS, aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Lead application modernization, cloud migration, and microservices initiatives.
• Architect and govern frontend solutions using Angular, ensuring scalability, performance, and accessibility.
• Apply Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and SOLID principles across solutions.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, automated code review, testing tools) to improve developer productivity and code quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, risk, and SDLC standards.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design governance, and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, UX, and product owners.
• Work closely with business, product, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and production readiness activities.
• Operate effectively in a Scaled Agile (SAFe or similar) environment, supporting PI planning, system demos, and continuous improvement.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate technical and delivery dependencies across teams, platforms, and vendors.
• Collaborate with multiple agile teams to ensure architectural consistency and alignment across releases.

• Experience with transactional data modeling and migration strategies
• Exposure to AWS RDS (PostgreSQL) preferred

Delivery & Ways of Working

• Strong experience working in Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) delivery models
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
• Experience managing inter-team and system dependencies in large programs
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, release management, and compliance processes
