Role Summary

As a Collections Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth fee recovery through polite, professional, and empathetic communication. No aggressive tactics — just smart handling, consistent follow-ups, and learner-friendly interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate confidently and clearly — firm when needed, always empathetic.

Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up trackers, and payment dashboards.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve learner queries quickly.

Recommend improvements to enhance collections efficiency and learner experience. Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

0–2 years of experience in collections, telecalling, or customer support.

Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism.

Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
