Job Overview
We are hiring a Project & Workflow Coordinator to support the CEOs Office in managing internal projects, task tracking, and team coordination through project management tools.The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure tasks move smoothly across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage tasks and deliverables using ClickUp/Monday.com.
- Follow up with team members and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate between leadership and teams for smooth communication.
- Prepare basic reports, updates, and documentation for management.
- Assist in implementing workflows and maintaining dashboards.
Requirements
- Experience: 13 years in project coordination, operations, or executive support.
- Tools: Working knowledge of ClickUp / Monday.com / Asana / Trello preferred.
- Skills: Strong English communication, organization, and follow-up ability.
- Education: Graduate or postgraduate in commerce, management, or related field.

- Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Work from Office)
- Salary: 25,000 – 45,000 per month (CTC based on experience)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
