    We are currently looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting C&B in India and compensation globally. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, you will collaborate closely with global teams, including HR Business Partners, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS. Additionally, you will work extensively with the local India teams to ensure the successful design, delivery, and communication of Compensation & Benefit programs.

    - Enhance, implement & manage compliant country-specific benefit plans according to market practice, business objectives, and global best practice.
    - Adhere to benefits budget when planning and administering programs.
    - Manage benefits services, including local brokers/advisors, escalations, vendor selection and management, technology, automation, and continuous improvement of employee experience (via Service Now).
    **Compensation:**
    - Successfully execute annual and compensation cycles, including merit, adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
    - Manage the Company's rewards & recognition programs.
    - Prepare and provide pre-program launch support, data review/organization for planning, testing/system configuration for programs, and communications to leaders, managers, and employees.
    - Conduct job matching, job profile creation and updates in Workday, range development, employee job data audit, and compliance activities.
    - Plan and submit annual surveys, provide ad-hoc survey support.
    - Stay updated on trends and practices, evaluate current practices, and make adjustments as needed.
    - Undertake ad-hoc projects and analyses as required.
    **Qualifications:**
    - Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a dedicated compensation and benefits role as part of an international rewards team.
    - Strong proactive communication skills.
    - Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in data manipulation techniques to offer insights and define solutions to business challenges.
    - Ability to create credibility with local and global leaders and employees.

    **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
    - Ability to respond rapidly and thoughtfully to multiple initiatives, define problems, prioritize, consider options, seek stakeholder input, and proactively implement appropriate solutions.
    - Ability to lead initiatives with minimal direction.
    - Ability to clearly present complex issues and solutions in a way suitable for various audiences.
    - Ability to partner with and influence teammates and the business.
    - Self-starter with a sense of urgency, someone who takes initiative.
    - Experience with Workday is a plus.
    - Fluent English language proficiency is required.
