Job Description
Functional Skills
- 6-8 years Experience in General Accounting & Reporting of India based Entity, with Knowledge in Statutory submissions, Audit, Compliance, Indirect Taxes like GST, Direct Taxes – TDS & Corporate tax.
- IC X-charge and Branch Accounting.
- Softex and BRC compliance
- Payroll – Monthly Journal booking, Reconciling the Deductions against payments.
- Reconciliations – Bank + IC Recons + Accruals + Prepayments + Fixed Assets
- Month end close – booking manual journal vouchers, Adjustment journals, Revenue & Cost Accruals, Cost Allocations. Ledger close.
- Support in filing GST Refund application, Assessment handling.
- Maintaining documentation (both soft copies and hard copies);
- Visiting the government offices for documents submission, assessments etc.
- Support the Legal Entity Controller with various projects, assignments etc.
- B. Com, M.Com.
- Knowledge of any ERP system like Net Suite, Quick books, SAP, Oracle. Working Experience in Net Suite will be preferred.
- Fluent in English4. Working knowledge of MS Office products – Excel, Word, Outlook5. Based in Noida.
