Qualitykiosk Technologies is hiring a Sales Business Head : New Client Acquisition for India Markets in IT services and consulting sales:
Work Location: Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from office ( 5days)
Sales Business Head New Client Acquisition (India)
Reporting to: Executive Vice President India Sales
Role Purpose:
Drive aggressive new logo acquisition and new revenue growth in India by building a high-velocity hunting engine for AI-powered Quality Assurance and Observability services. This role is accountable for delivering 40%+ new business growth and setting up a dominant market position.
Core Responsibilities:
1) New Logo Acquisition (Primary Mandate):
- Drive end-to-end new client acquisition across large enterprises and digital-native organizations
- Build targeted strategies to penetrate whitespace accounts
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting qualification closure
- Create strong first-entry plays and competitive displacement strategies
2) New Revenue Growth Ownership:
- Own and deliver 40%+ YoY new business revenue growth
- Build and sustain 3-5x qualified pipeline coverage
- Close large, strategic deals (>$1M)
- Improve deal velocity, win rates, and deal size
- Build a relentless hunting engine focused on continuous pipeline creation
- Vertical GTM Plays: BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, SaaS
Solution Packaging:
- AI-led Test Automation (GenAI-driven QA)
- Continuous Testing / DevOps QA
- Observability & SRE transformation
- Demand Generation: outbound hunting, CXO connects, industry events
- Partnership Leverage: GenAI based/native GenAI & observability OEMs
- Sales Discipline: pipeline reviews, conversion tracking, forecasting
4) CXO-Level Solution Selling
- Position AI-driven testing and observability transformation
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Engineering & Digital Heads
- Lead executive conversations and deal closures
- Drive value-based selling
5) People Leadership:
- Build and scale a frontline hunter sales team across India
- Hire, coach, and manage talent with strong hunting DNA
- Drive a results-driven performance culture
- Enable teams on large deal hunting, AI-led selling, and CXO engagement
- Ensure tight performance management and accountability

Experience & Skills:
- 20+ years in IT services sales (hunting focus)
- Proven new logo acquisition and revenue growth track record
- Experience in QA/Testing, Observability/APM, Cloud & AI/GenAI preferrred
- Track record of closing large enterprise deals (>$1M+)
- Strong CXO engagement and negotiation skills
