Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of microservices-based solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient applications using Java, Python, and Kafka. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement solutions for both front-end and back-end systems will be a key aspect of your role. You will design and implement Unit and Integration tests to ensure high code quality and functionality. Leveraging AWS services to design and deploy cloud-based applications will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will optimize application performance, monitor infrastructure, and ensure security best practices are followed. Driving continuous improvement within the development team, advocating for the adoption of best practices in code development, version control, testing, and deployment, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in production and pre-production environments, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior team members are also essential tasks. Furthermore, contributing to the design and architecture of new features and enhancements will be expected from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Required:

- 8-12 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Java, Kafka, Python, AWS, and Microservices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) and cloud-native architectures.
- Expertise in Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy high-performance applications.,
