Role – Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Location – Mumbai
YOE - 2-4 years experience in Accounts receivable function
Skills
Responsibilities
- Review customer contracts for respective segment deals and create customer contracts in ERP.
- Maintain contract rates for T&M projects, various revenue and billing schedules in ERP .
- Handle invoicing / billing for various T&M, monthly fixed billing and Fixed price milestone based contracts.
- Keep a track of unbilled revenues and work closely with Segment Delivery teams, PMO and Business Finance SPOCs for invoicing.
- Review invoices for accuracy in terms of contract terms, taxation etc. and ensure correct cash application for collections.

- Keep a track of accounts receivable and follow up with the customers and project teams to ensure on time collections.
- Prepare various AR / UR ageing and DSO reports, short term collection forecast etc.
- Maintain customer master in ERP.
- Support in statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits, RFP process etc.
