What You’ll Do
The role MDM Developer is responsible for design, development and management of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for multiple clients. Using MDM technologies and tools, this role enables the management and integration of master data in an enterprise landscape.
Using MDM technologies and tools across an enterprise to enable the management and integration of master data. He will also be involved in integration/transfer of data across multiple systems, streamlining data processes and providing access to MDM data across the enterprise.
Role & Responsibilities

• Using MDM technologies and tools across an enterprise to enable the management and integration of master data.
• Configure features of the MDM software to satisfy functional and technical project requirements (hierarchies, match/merge, workflow, user interfaces, security, etc.).
• Make technical design decisions in accordance with best practices and standards. Contribute to master data management best practices and implementation methodologies by reviewing, updating, developing documents such as templates, presentations, training, etc. Lead and mentor junior developers in MDM standards, best practices, etc.
• Assist the Integration Developer in creating source to target mappings, batch and real-time integrations between source systems, the MDM Hub, and consuming systems.

• Compilation of detailed design documents, technical specification documents and test plans as required.
• Development, Deployment activities, Post Production Validation and Support activities
• Independently managing of development tasks as per technical specification documents, Prod deployment, post prod support etc
• Assist the MDM Architect in technical architecture design, development, and review.
• Assist the Data Analyst in performing data profiling and data quality analysis.
• Assist in Testing with the QA team. Other duties as requested or assigned.
• Managing support to Unit Testing, SIT & UAT
• Support Installation and perform administration functions for the Informatica MDM architecture/platform within AWS or any other Environment. Support configuration of Informatica multi-domain MDM platform.
• Creates user roles, configures permissions to resources and privileges for the user roles, and assigns a user role to all user accounts. Manage logs, domain objects, user permissions, and domain reports.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent understanding of Informatica MDM Hub components, MDM development and administration
• Provide technical oversight to ETL and Data Quality tools needed for MDM implementation
• Provide technical expertise in Cleanse functions, Match and Merge, HM, IDD.
• Strong experience in Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/Teradata/Netezza
• Strong experience in ETL or OLAP tools such as Informatica/Cognos/SSIS
• Very good understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Working knowledge of public Cloud infrastructure like AWS, GCP, Azure.
