• Role: Senior Sales Engineer - Pre Sales
• Experience Level: 4 & above years

As a part of the Healthcare and Life Sciences business development team of Quantiphi, the Sales Business Analyst will be responsible for the execution of end-to-end pre-sales processes in a B2B environment. will work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide subject matter expertise, create and deliver compelling proposals, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare and life sciences industry, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Role & Responsibilities:

. Responsible for end-to-end pre-sales activities which include: assisting sales qualifications, consultative discussions with customers, leading customer discovery sessions, responding to RFPs/RFIs, developing and delivering industry-specific solution demos, and building a compelling business case that is aligned to customers success criteria

. Identify and develop new client opportunities to innovate, transform, and build capabilities using Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Data, and Cloud Technologies in the healthcare and/or life sciences industry

• . Collaborate with subject matter and technical experts to define a point of view and create presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
• . Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute sales enablement and marketing activities to engage target prospect
• . Be the key liaison for requirement gathering, problem definition, and creation of user stories for healthcare and life sciences solutions

. Apply the right analysis frameworks to develop creative solutions to solve complex business problems . Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions

Must Have:

. Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Analytics, Health Informatics, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Computer Science, Engineering, and other related areas (required) and/or MBA degree with a Sales/Marketing focus

. 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, B2B sales, business consulting, customer communication or healthcare/life sciences project management/support

. Strong sales acumen and ability to relate to and communicate with executives, directors, managers, and technical subject matter experts

. Experience in identifying and understanding customer business and technical requirements and matching appropriate services and technologies to meet their needs, including leading communication with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing problem statements, and solution scoping

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner and deliver presentations to diverse audiences

• . Experience working with sales and technical teams to develop and deliver proposals and pitches
• . Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in healthcare/Lifesciences technology, AI/ML, Cloud platforms, Data analytics
• . Good knowledge of and strong interest in the healthcare and life sciences industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
• . Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• . Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment across multiple locations
