Job Description
- As an Investment Advisory professional, your role will involve a thorough understanding of DC Regulations of Mumbai and the various approvals required for residential, commercial, industrial, and township projects. You should possess sound knowledge of building approval processes, timelines, and an understanding of applicable FAR / FSI. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing detailed rates for construction activities such as Civil, MEP, finishing, supporting infrastructure, external development, consultant fees, and other costs associated with construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical site visits to gather primary information, monitor project progress, and summarize findings and examinations as needed.
- Prepare and track construction schedules for construction projects.
- Analyze Sales MIS, Sales Agreements, Customer and Bank Ledgers, Bank statements, and other details related to Sales and Project receivables for Sales Monitoring and Reconciliation exercises.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in various real estate sectors, construction technology, and disruptions in various asset classes.
- Execute assignments, coordinate with other consultants, manage accounts during the assignment duration, ensure deliverable quality, and manage processes effectively.
Qualification Required:

- Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Architecture and MBA in Construction Management or Real Estate.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in investment advisory or project management roles from Big4, IPCs, Real Estate Advisory Firms, Technical Teams of Construction Finance Companies, Housing Finance Companies, other Financial Institutions, or Real Estate Developers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management, delivery skills, and technical knowledge.
