Field Technical Service Engineer – Fresher

Qube Cinema is looking for enthusiastic Freshers to join our team as Field Technical Service Engineers in Pune.

In this role, you will get the opportunity to work with digital cinema projectors, computer systems, networking equipment, and IT infrastructure. You will receive guidance and hands-on exposure to help you build a strong career in technical field services.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital cinema projectors and related equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and networking issues at cinema locations.

• Perform routine technical checks and preventive maintenance.

• Provide on-site technical support to customers and help resolve their technical concerns.

• Troubleshoot basic LAN, TCP/IP, Windows/Linux, and networking issues.

• Work closely with senior engineers and internal technical teams to resolve complex problems.

• Learn and follow technical procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines.
• Travel to assigned cinema locations in Pune and nearby areas as required.

Important Requirement

The role may involve rotational shifts, on-call support, and occasional round-the-clock technical assistance based on business and customer requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working in a field-service environment and travelling to assigned locations.
