Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end Employee Onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires and timely completion of all necessary documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to HR Compliance standards and all applicable Labour Laws, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical HR practices across the organization.
- Administer Compensation and Benefits programs, including accurate and timely Payroll processing, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures, communicating updates effectively to employees and management to foster a clear and consistent work environment.
- Manage

HRIS data integrity and leverage HR Analytics to generate actionable insights, supporting strategic HR decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Address Employee Relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on workplace issues, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Support the execution of Performance Management cycles, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established frameworks to drive employee development and organizational goals.
Required Skillset:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR policies, HR Compliance, and Indian Labour Laws, with a proven ability to interpret and apply regulations effectively.

- Proficiency in managing Employee Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits administration, and end-to-end Payroll processing.
- Strong analytical capabilities for Data Management, leveraging HRIS platforms, and generating insights through HR Analytics.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to manage sensitive Employee Relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
