Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear and well-defined user stories
- Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality application solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable items
- Ensure timely delivery of features aligned with business goals
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Scrum ceremonies with a clear understanding of Scrum roles and responsibilities
- Hands-on experience working with APIs
- Experience in Banking or Non-Banking domains
- Proven experience in application development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology
