Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale, complex projects
- 5+ years in product management or technical/engineering leadership
- Strong understanding of tech stacks: Microservices, REST APIs, Spring Boot/Java, React, Cloud (Azure preferred)
- Broad knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering
- Solid grasp of Agile, Kanban, SAFe
- Ability to build strong relationships with technical, product & business teams
- Proven project management & leadership background
- Bachelors degree required; MBA/PG preferred
- PMP and/or Agile certification a plus
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers/tech leads
