Our client is a Gurugram-headquartered real estate developer with nearly five decades of experience, having developed approximately 20,000 residential and commercial units across Delhi-NCR, Dehradun and Goa.

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving the organizations learning strategy to enhance employee capability, leadership development, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a passion for building high-impact learning cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify current and future skill requirements through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Drive a culture of continuous learning across all levels of the organization.
2. Leadership Development:
- Design and execute leadership development programs for mid to senior-level employees.
- Build succession planning frameworks and high-potential (HiPo) development initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and groom future leaders.
3. Training Program Design & Delivery:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs (behavioural, functional, and technical).
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and capability-building initiatives.
- Leverage blended learning approaches (classroom, e-learning, microlearning, etc.).
4. Learning Technology & Innovation:
- Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Introduce innovative learning methodologies such as gamification and social learning.
- Track emerging trends in L&D and integrate them into the organization.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and external vendors to deliver learning solutions.
- Manage relationships with training partners, consultants, and content providers.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and learning interventions.
6. Performance Measurement & Analytics:
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs (ROI, KPIs).
- Analyse training data and generate insights to improve learning outcomes.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review.
7. Budgeting & Compliance:
- Manage L&D budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Ensure all training initiatives comply with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
- Proven experience in leadership development and organizational capability building.
- Experience in managing large-scale learning initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Certification in L&D, OD, or Coaching (preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking and execution ability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in LMS and digital learning platforms.
