About the Role:

Our client is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior Manager - HR to drive Talent Acquisition while partnering with business leaders on key HR initiatives. The role is designed with approximately 60% of the focus on Talent Acquisition and 40% on HR Business Partnering.
Key Responsibilities -

Talent Acquisition (60%):

- Own end-to-end recruitment for junior, middle, and select managerial positions across Corporate and Project Sites.
- Source candidates independently through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking, apart from working closely with Vendors on select positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Partner effectively with recruitment consultants and monitor vendor performance.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Drive recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring costs.
HR Business Partnering (40%):
- Act as an HR Business Partner for the company by being involved in employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in performance review cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee queries and provide practical HR solutions.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare MIS reports, HR dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership.
- Develop meaningful dashboards using advanced Microsoft Excel.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two HR professionals.
