About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within Treasury and Market Risk functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FX and Fixed Income asset classes and platforms, coupled with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to support business needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop clear and actionable user stories, functional specifications, and test cases to support development and QA teams.
- Drive automation initiatives and system integration projects across treasury and market risk functions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and assist in implementing compliance-driven processes.
- Utilize agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage backlogs, sprints, and workflows.
- Perform impact analysis and support change management during digital transformation efforts.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Treasury and Market Risk domains.
- In-depth knowledge of FX and Fixed Income asset classes, platforms, and associated workflows.
- Strong expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and user-story creation.
- Hands-on experience with QA processes and testing.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA and ADO.
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate across teams, and deliver on time.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in automation, system integration, and process improvement initiatives.
Preferred:
- Financial services or banking domain experience.
- Exposure to data governance and reporting tools.
- Certification in business analysis or agile methodologies.
