Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and analytical MBA graduates to join our Management Consulting practice.

As an Associate/Senior Consultant, you will be integral to client engagement teams, responsible for providing strategic advice, developing actionable solutions, and driving significant, measurable impact for our clientsranging from Fortune 500 companies to high-potential startups.

This role is a demanding, high-growth opportunity focused on solving the toughest business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Problem Solving & Analysis: Structure complex business problems into clear analytical modules.

- Conduct primary and secondary research, gather large volumes of data (financial, operational, market), and perform rigorous analysis (e.g., financial modeling, regression analysis).

- Strategy Formulation: Develop and refine client strategies related to market entry, organizational design, M&A due diligence, cost transformation, digital strategy, or operational efficiency improvements.

- Client Engagement & Management: Work closely with senior client stakeholders (CXOs, VPs) to understand their challenges, present findings, and build consensus on recommendations.

- Manage specific workstreams within a project to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior consultants (Analysts) on your project team, providing guidance on research, analysis, and communication best practices.

- Report & Presentation Development: Create high-quality, impactful client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and detailed reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a compelling narrative.

- Practice Development: Contribute to internal initiatives, including knowledge management, thought leadership, and development of new methodologies or solutions within the consulting practice.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- MBA Degree: Full-time MBA from a recognized Tier 1/2 institution (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.)

- Experience: 3-6 years of total experience, including a significant tenure in a consulting firm, strategy role, or a high-impact role in a leading corporate house post-MBA.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional logical reasoning, hypothesis-driven problem-solving ability, and comfort with ambiguity.

- Analytical & Financial Acumen: Deep expertise in quantitative analysis, financial statement analysis, and building complex financial and operating models in Excel.

- Communication & Presence: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and confidently to senior executives.

- Work Ethic: High level of professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and willingness to travel extensively for client work
