We are seeking a data-savvy, detail-oriented Email Marketing Analyst to support and scale our growing email marketing program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze email performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards to visualize KPIs and campaign trends.

- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize subject lines, messaging, timing, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot email deliverability through data insights.
- Identify opportunities to enhance personalization, automation workflows, and lifecycle journeys.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in email or digital marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL or similar querying tools.
- Experience using BI/visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Comfortable working with email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze, etc.
- Solid understanding of email KPIs, experimentation methods, and optimization strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with exceptional attention to detail
