Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

General Ledger Management: Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.

Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.

Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to financial management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in accounting

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
