Project Coordinator (Campaign Management)

RRD is hiring Project Coordinators / Account managers who&aposll act as the primary liaison between clients CS&S and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of services and campaigns.

Role requirements

1. Strong client management, strategic thinking, and communication skills to manage expectations and drive customer satisfaction
2. Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, and other campaign management tools is must
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics and platforms
4. Minimum 3 to 5 years in account management or a similar role in the advertising or media industry
5. Hands-on experience with campaign launches, creative workflows, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Create Salesforce opportunities and verify all details from IO to JIRA ticket for LDM and Local Display launches
• Coordinate with the Graphic Services team to create mock creatives (both basic and personalized) for client approval
• Monitor approved mockups, manage store additions, and facilitate creative updates for seamless execution
• Update data feed URLs in launch tickets after creative approvals
• Generate and manage Tableau dashboards showcasing pacing and performance metrics (e.g., Impressions, Clicks, CTR)
• Update unbilled report details and align system variances
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
• Oversee client accounts to ensure deliverables align with expectations
• Manage escalations, feedback, and client communications

• Shifts - Any 9 hours between 2.30pm to 3.30am IST
• Office location - Teynampet, Chennai
• Shift allowances and food amenities will be provided
• One way cab facilities available
