We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with a strong background in CRM Analytics and Tableau Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 10 years of experience in data visualization and analytics, specifically with Salesforce and Power BI. This role focuses on leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions for our clients at Copeland.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient Tableau dashboards and reports that communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Utilize Salesforce Analytics Cloud to enhance CRM data visualization and reporting capabilities.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective query design and testing using SQL.
- Develop Tableau architecture, including data models and data sources, to optimize performance.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Provide support for data-related issues and continuously improve existing reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong experience with Tableau, including Tableau Architecture and Dashboard development.
- Proficiency in CRM Analytics (Salesforce Analytics Cloud) and its integration with Tableau.
- Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI for comparative analytics is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Desired Skills:**
- Experience in working with large datasets and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
- Certification in Tableau or Salesforce Analytics is a plus.
