Job Description
- As a Team Leader at our esteemed organization, located in Whitefield, Bangalore, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team while delivering exceptional results. The salary offered for this position is up to 27K per month in hand, along with unlimited incentives. This role requires you to work from the office location and possess excellent English language skills. A graduation degree is mandatory for this position, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Your key responsibilities will include client outreach, where you will manage the portfolio by continuously monitoring client relationships, addressing their product, portfolio, and banking needs. Relationship management is crucial as you will be tasked with developing and strengthening customer relationships to align with business goals. Achieving monthly revenue targets through effective cross-sales across various financial products is essential, generating fee income in areas such as Investments, Assets, Cards, and Liabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing attrition and shrinkage within the team.
