Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Stibo MDM Specialist with over 7 years of professional experience to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of Stibo Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, data governance, and integration techniques. Your primary responsibility will involve managing and enhancing enterprise data management solutions to support critical business operations.
Your key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing Stibo STEP solutions for enterprise-level data management. You will be expected to configure and customize Stibo MDM applications to align with business requirements. Moreover, developing and maintaining data models, workflows, and business rules in Stibo STEP will be crucial. You will lead data governance initiatives to ensure the maintenance of data quality standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend data requirements, and integrate Stibo MDM with other enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM. Additionally, conducting data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data issues, providing technical guidance and best practices to development teams, and documenting solution architecture, data processes, and system configurations are also part of your responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Stibo MDM (STEP) implementation and management.
- Sound knowledge of MDM architecture, data modeling, and data governance principles.
- Expertise in configuring workflows, business rules, and integrations in Stibo STEP.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, XML, XSLT, and scripting.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in project management is considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in integrating Stibo MDM with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or CRM systems.
