Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Collections Manager. The Collections Manager will oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolution of outstanding dues. The role involves managing customer relationships, communicating effectively regarding payment issues, preparing reports on collection activities, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize the collection process. Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate records are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including accounts receivable, payment tracking, and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage customer interactions and resolve payment issues.
• Proven ability to prepare and analyze reports related to collection activities and present findings to stakeholders.
