Digital Marketing Strategy Director

We are seeking a senior-level Digital Marketing Strategy Director to lead and execute digital growth initiatives for a legal services practice in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital marketing strategy, combined with hands-on experience marketing legal services and other professional services.

This role offers a salary plus performance-based commission, with compensation determined based on qualifications and years of relevant experience.

Key Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience
• At least 2 years of direct experience in digital marketing for legal services
• Proven leadership in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of the UAE legal and professional services market
• Experience with digital channels including SEO, paid media, content strategy, social media, CRM, and marketing analytics
• Ability to align digital marketing initiatives with business development and revenue objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall digital marketing strategy for legal services
• Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and brand visibility through digital channels
• Oversee SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, social media, and performance analytics
• Collaborate with legal and business leadership to align marketing with firm objectives
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting
• Identify emerging digital trends and opportunities in the legal services sector
