Job Description
- As a GenAI Developer specializing in AI & NLP, you will be responsible for designing and deploying AI models focusing on LLMs, RAG, and NLP to support Rabbits" marketing automation suite. Your role will involve collaborating with the engineering team to integrate cutting-edge AI features into products using tools like Python, React, Azure, and Postgres. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and refining data pipelines to enhance data quality, conducting performance monitoring, and ensuring optimal AI model functionality through A/B testing.
Your responsibilities will also include exploring the latest AI advancements to solve industry-specific challenges within the marketing automation domain. You will need to develop scalable and efficient AI models that integrate smoothly with Rabbits" existing technology stack. Furthermore, you will play a key role in mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. You must have at least 3 years of experience working with LLMs, RAG, and NLP technologies, showcasing relevant projects. Proficiency in Python, familiarity with frameworks like React, and databases such as Postgres is essential. Your ability to translate advanced AI/ML concepts into practical business-focused solutions, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and domain knowledge in marketing, will be crucial.
