Job Description
- You will be responsible for performing highly complex financial analyses on cash flows, operating results, and business plans to determine rates of return, capital/cash flow requirements, etc. This will include preparing forecasts and analyses on industry and general economic trends as well as being accountable for budget analysis. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in the department's budgeting process by planning, developing, preparing, inputting, and maintaining the company's budgets.
To excel in this role, you are required to hold a qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and possess over 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field. Your demonstrated ability to consistently provide FANATICAL support will be essential.
You must have advanced technical knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, cash management, and financial analysis processes. An advanced understanding of the overall financial function and its interrelated components, as well as business valuation and M&A analysis, is necessary. Your ability to create highly complex forecasting models and conduct detailed data analysis for extended periods with high attention to detail will be critical. Expertise in Excel, advanced presentation skills, and the capability to explain complex quantitative concepts to non-financial audiences are required. Additionally, you should possess advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to make informed decisions weighing the costs and benefits of potential actions. Your aptitude for successful collaboration and inclusiveness in small groups is vital, along with the ability to provide FANATICAL support.
In this role, you will work under minimal supervision and provide updates on work performed as required.,
