Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Erode and Salem for a Sales Manager role. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also train and motivate the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
