IT Support Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, CCNA and other network devices
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
• Install and configure firewalls and other security devices to ensure the safety of the network
• Conduct regular network performance monitoring and capacity planning to ensure optimal network performance
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement network upgrades and improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation related to network infrastructure and procedures

Skills

• 0 - 6 months of experience in network engineering, administration, AWS, Azure, DevOps, etc.
• Strong knowledge of network concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu
• Experience in troubleshooting network issues and analyzing network traffic
• Familiar with firewall installation and configuration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
