Job Description
- You will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis in order to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and client preferences within the stock market. Keeping yourself informed about regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging trends in stock market product development will also be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will provide training and support to internal teams and clients on new products and solutions.
Analyzing competitor offerings and market dynamics to develop strategies for enhancing our product offerings will be essential. You will collaborate with partners to align product roadmaps, share insights, and jointly plan for product success. Identifying bottlenecks and areas of improvement within existing broking products, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements will also be a key responsibility. Continuously monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, and making data-driven decisions to improve product features and functionality will be part of your routine tasks.

Qualifications and Skills required for this role include an MBA in Finance, proven experience as a Product developer in the broking or financial industry, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, being proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Having a passion for staying updated on market trends and technology advancements, as well as experience in investment banking or product development roles with a focus on the stock market, will be advantageous. A proven track record of successfully developing and launching investment products or solutions will also be beneficial for this position.,
