Job Description
- You will be joining RAHEJA & CO., a Peer Reviewed Chartered Accountancy Firm in India known for its expertise in financial and accounting services. As a full-time Human Resources Manager based in Panipat, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all HR functions within the organization.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing recruitment processes, coordinating training and development programs, handling employee relations, ensuring performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's objectives.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in recruitment, training, and employee relations, as well as a sound understanding of performance management and labor law compliance. Your ability to effectively communicate, work in a team, and interact with various departments will be crucial for success. Familiarity with HR software and systems is essential, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
