Product Manager - Rail Ticketing

What role you will play in team: You will be a core member of the product team, leading the strategy and execution for our rail ticketing platform.

What you will do: You will work on improving user experience, adding new features, and expanding the platform's capabilities.

Key responsibility:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RailYatri's rail ticketing platform.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand user needs and industry trends.
• Develop and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and user feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and launch new features and improvements.
• Analyze platform performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  
• Work with marketing and sales teams to promote and expand the platform's reach.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indian railway system and ticketing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
