Product Manager, Rail Ticketing

What role you will play in team: Define and deliver improvements to the RailYatri.in platform, enhancing user experience and increasing bookings.

What you will do: Drive the product roadmap for our train ticketing platform, focused on seamless user experience and scalability.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct user research to understand customer pain points and needs.
• Define and prioritize product features based on user research and business requirements.
• Work closely with the engineering team to implement and test new features.
• Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing to promote new features and increase user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings in the online rail ticketing space.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
