Senior Product Manager - Rail Travel

What role you will play in team: Lead the product strategy and execution for RailYatri's platform, focusing on improving the Indian rail travel experience.

What you will do: You will work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver new features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibility:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RailYatri's platform.
• Conduct market research and user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for new features.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and launch new features.
• 
  Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with marketing and sales to promote new features and products.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business).
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the travel or technology industry.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor product teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
