Assistant Manager - Offline Marketing

Rain Cements, a thirty-nine-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking an experienced AssistantManager - Offline Marketing who will support the execution of offline marketing activities across the designated state, ensuring smooth deployment of campaigns and retail visibility initiatives. The role is ideal for young professionals keen on growing within trade and field marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of BTL campaigns, dealer meets, and regional activations.
• Liaise with agencies/vendors for execution of branding, wall paintings, hoardings, and event setups.
• Manage distribution and placement of POSM across dealer outlets.
• Track campaign implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and brand standards.
• Collect market intelligence and feedback from sales teams and dealers.
• Maintain MIS reports, budgets, and campaign trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing (13 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong internships can be considered).
• Exposure to field marketing, activations, or FMCG trade marketing is advantageous.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
