Rainbow Hospital - Head - Sales & Marketing

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Head - Rainbow Children's Hospital.

Department: Sales and Marketing.

Reporting To: Facility Director/Chief Strategy and Growth Officer.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to lead the sales and marketing function for our hospital unit. This role will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, strengthening corporate and doctor relations, building community connect programs, and enhancing the hospital's brand visibility. The candidate will oversee all sales and marketing activities specific to this unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Doctor Sales (Relationship Management):

• Build and strengthen relationships with doctors.
• Plan and execute engagement initiatives with consultants and specialists.
• Ensure seamless coordination with clinical teams for effective doctor servicing.

2. Corporate Sales:

• Drive corporate tie-ups with organizations for preventive health check-ups, employee wellness, and hospitalization benefits.
• Develop and manage relationships with insurance providers, TPAs, and corporates.
• Achieve set revenue targets through corporate business development.

3. Community Connect:

• Design and execute community engagement programs including health camps, awareness drives, and partnerships with schools and NGOs.
• Strengthen the hospital's positioning as a trusted healthcare provider in the local community.
• Work closely with CSR initiatives to maximize impact.

4. Brand Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and on-ground) to build the hospital's brand visibility.
• Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee promotional activities, media relations, and social media presence for the unit.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proven track record in healthcare sales and marketing (hospital/healthcare/Pharma background preferred).
• Strong network with doctors, corporates, and community stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and marketing targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 9+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4-5 years in healthcare/hospital/Pharma industry.
• Experience in doctor engagement, corporate tie-ups, and hospital marketing will be a strong advantage.
