Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Account Manager role based in Rajkot. The Assistant Account Manager will support senior account managers in handling day-to-day client interactions, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating project requirements for water and beverage plant solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, following up on inquiries and payments, and assisting with contract documentation and reporting. The role will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support. The Assistant Account Manager will also help identify upselling opportunities, prepare presentations, and contribute to account planning and customer retention activities.
Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution professionally.
• Basic sales and account coordination skills, including order tracking, quotation preparation, and support for contract or proposal documentation.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Comfort with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or ERP tools for maintaining customer records and generating reports.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, production, service) and work on-site at the Rajkot facility.
