Role Description The Project Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales of turnkey projects in water treatment, beverage, and packaging solutions. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and presenting technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer needs. The specialist will manage the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing, while coordinating closely with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth execution. Daily activities involve client visits, product demonstrations, preparing bids and quotations, tracking inquiries, and maintaining detailed records in the sales database or CRM. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Sales and Sales skills, with experience selling industrial equipment, turnkey solutions, or technical projects.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address client needs, and handle negotiations effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and handover from sales to execution teams.
• Candidates should possess relevant industry knowledge in water treatment, beverages, packaging, or related engineering fields.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM or sales reporting tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Candidates should possess a bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in project-based industrial sales.
• Candidates should possess a proactive, target-oriented approach, the ability to work independently, and readiness to travel for client meetings as required.
