Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gondal, responsible for managing key customer accounts and driving sales growth for water and beverage treatment solutions. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and serving as a primary point of contact for technical and commercial discussions. The Senior Account Executive will prepare proposals and quotations, conduct product presentations and site visits, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely project delivery. Daily activities include monitoring sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, coordinating after-sales support and service, and maintaining detailed records in CRM or reporting systems. The role also includes gathering market and competitor insights, contributing to sales strategy, and supporting marketing initiatives such as trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and client relationship skills, with experience in handling key or strategic accounts in industrial, engineering, or water treatment sectors.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and business development abilities, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.
• Technical understanding of water treatment, beverage processing, or related machinery, with the ability to interpret basic technical specifications and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients, preparing proposals, and conducting product demonstrations.
• Solid organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, capital equipment, or turnkey projects, preferably in water treatment, beverage, or packaging industries.
