About the Role

Jai Singh Ayurvedic Medical College is seeking an experienced and dynamic Admissions Head to lead and strengthen the institutions admissions function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing admission strategies, managing the complete admission lifecycle, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring achievement of annual admission targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. We are looking for a result-oriented professional with a proven track record in educational admissions, team leadership, and student counselling.

Experience Required

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Admissions, Student Recruitment, or Institutional Marketing.
• Prior experience in Medical, Ayurvedic, Nursing, Paramedical, or Higher Education Institutions will be preferred.
• Experience in leading admission teams and achieving admission targets is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic admission plans to achieve institutional enrollment targets. Lead and manage the complete admission process from enquiry generation to student enrollment.
• Supervise and mentor the admissions and counselling team to ensure high performance.
• Build strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, educational consultants, and referral partners. Plan and execute admission campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and outreach activities.
• Monitor admission funnels, conversion ratios, and prepare periodic
• MIS reports for management.
• Ensure timely counselling and guidance to prospective students and parents. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission operations. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Develop strategies to enhance the institutions visibility and brand presence in target markets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to improve admission outcomes.

Candidate Preference

• Outstation candidates will be preferred (Candidates should not be local residents of the institutions location).
• Willingness to relocate and reside at the campus accommodation is mandatory.

• Educational Qualification
• Masters Degree in Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
