Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Warm Lead Conversion - Warm leads through indiamart to be converted
- End-to-end sales pipeline management - Qualify leads, book meetings, manage follow-ups, and move prospects through the funnel toward conversion. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity logs.
- Pitching & conversions - Prepare and deliver tailored, evidence-based pitches and presentations for study-abroad programs and immigration pathways. Convert enquiries into paid consultations or application engagements.
- Collaborate with the counselling team. Act as the first point of contact for leads; coordinate with counsellors to ensure timely, high-quality consultations and handoffs.
- Market & competitor research - Monitor trends and changes in international education, scholarship opportunities, visa rules and competitor offerings to keep pitches current and relevant.
- Social media & short-form video (reels) - Create concepts, scripts, and short reels (15-60s) to highlight success stories, program highlights, tips and company services; assist with content scheduling and community engagement.

- Performance tracking - Meet monthly targets (leads, qualified calls, conversions) and contribute to weekly performance reports and strategy reviews.
- Process improvement - Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose practical improvements to increase conversion rates and lead velocity.
- Getting Products listing done on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jio mart and own Website etc.
