Employee Relations Manager

Position: Employee Relations Team Lead

Location: Chennai

Reporting To: Domain Head – Employee Relations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing employee relations team.

- Foster industrial harmony by managing union negotiations and employee grievances effectively.

- Partner with production and other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.

- Drive employee engagement activities, including reward schemes and morale improvement initiatives.

- Establish strong internal and external networks to benchmark and implement best practices.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and ER practices, maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA, MSW, or MLM with a specialization in HR or IR.

- Minimum of 12 years of total experience, with at least 8 years in employee relations or IR roles.

- Proven experience in handling union negotiations, grievance redressal, and labor law compliance.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
