Job Description

    As the VP Sales & Division Head for the Cardio-Diabeto division, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy in driving sales and business growth for our newly launched product range across key northern states, including UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, and NCR. Your role will involve developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets, driving market penetration for the Cardio-Diabeto portfolio, and establishing strong relationships with stockists, prescribing doctors, and channel partners.
    In addition to strategic growth and sales leadership, you will be tasked with recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, monitoring their performance through KPIs, and fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous learning. Identifying growth opportunities, market gaps, and competitive trends to design targeted go-to-market plans will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
    Operational excellence is crucial in this role, and you will be expected to implement robust systems for sales forecasting, inventory management, and incentive planning. Collaboration with supply chain teams, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Excellence teams is essential to ensure timely product availability and drive the execution of growth strategies.
    Data-driven decision-making will be a cornerstone of your role, as you leverage market insights, data analytics, and performance metrics to optimize regional strategies. Regular business updates and growth forecasts to senior leadership will be required to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 12 years of proven pharmaceutical sales leadership experience, with a strong network and track record in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Northern states. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field is required, with an MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. Demonstrated abilities in building and scaling pharma business operations, exceptional leadership and team-building skills, strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and deep knowledge of the Cardio-Diabeto market landscape and healthcare ecosystem are essential.
