Responsibilities:

- Consolidating Annual operating plan, estimates, Monthly profitability, variance analysis and presentation to head of the division by coordinating with plants and other functions

- Business case evaluation for new projects/ new product discussion with various departments providing the cost data and analyzing it with existing cost structure

- Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (Working Capital Management)

- Internal audit & Statutory audit coordination Coordinating with internal auditors and plant, ensuring proper audit reply and compliance. Pre audit on plants before actual internal audit to ensure compliance

- Preparation for board and audit committee meetings

- Ensuring compliances regarding TDS, GST, PF, ESI etc.

Desired Profile:

- 15+ years of experience

- Commercially savvy and hands on experience in general accounting and taxation

- Expertise in cost management and financial modelling

- Strong ability to develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long range financial plans.

- In-depth understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, overhead absorption, and cost allocation. Maintain strong connections with several stakeholders in multiple locations

- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and other statutory compliances

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge in Inventory accounting in SAP HANA (Actual cost run and analysis)

- Knowledge of the auto components industrys financial drivers, pricing structures, and regulatory environment.
